Refund Policy

365 Day Guarantee

We offer a 365 Day Guarantee against any manufacturing defects. If any damage to the material or workmanship of your Mavie Jewelry occurs, we guarantee repair or replacement.

  • This does not apply to damage due to regular wear and tear such as scratches, bent metals, or improper use and storage.

  • You will need to present either a receipt, proof of purchase, or the order number/email address you used to make the order to avail of a repair/replacement.

  • If we’re unable to repair your item, you may opt to receive a replacement of the same item or store credit equivalent to the amount you paid.

Please note: We do not issue cash refunds.


Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your purchase was made within the last 30 days,

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused and in its original packaging, and

  • You have the receipt, proof of purchase, or order number/email address you used to make the order.

You may exchange your jewelry for:

  • Store credit, or

  • Another item of the same or higher price provided payment first.

Refunds

Refunds in the form of money back are not available. All approved returns are processed only as repair, replacement, or store credit.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
