What is your jewelry made of?

• Our pieces are made from 316 stainless steel with PVD gold coating. They’re durable, hypoallergenic, and resistant to tarnishing — designed for everyday wear without the worry.

Is your jewelry pawnable?

• While our jewelry is beautifully gold-coated and long-lasting, it is not pawnable.

Where are you located?

• We don’t have a physical store. All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Pampanga, Philippines.

How much is shipping?

• Shipping is simple — we charge a flat rate of ₱150 nationwide.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped the next business day after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekdays ship the following day.

• Orders placed on weekends ship on Monday.

How long will delivery take?

• For Metro Manila, delivery usually takes 2–3 days.

• For outside Metro Manila, delivery usually takes 3–7 days.
